"Started my "insurance life" with State Farm in 1986ish. Had to change carriers in 2008 when I moved abroad and have been with USAA since 2013 when I returned stateside. On a whim, I decided to shop coverage and have returned to State Farm. Janet is the best. She made the whole process not only painless, but enjoyable. I finally feel like a name again and not just a number. Thank you Janet, and thank you State Farm for still providing the same "home town" feel and service I remember from so long ago."

"When my previous policy came up for renewal with a company I had been with for 10 years, I decided to do a little research, shop around and see what else was out there. Not only did State Farm have top tier ratings and reviews, they were also able to offer better rates for better coverage so I made the decision to swap and I could not be happier with my choice. And thanks to their drive safe and save program, I was able to lower my rates even more when it came time to renew. Ms. Sullivan took the time in person to explain my options and I now have even better coverage at a lower rate than I started. Very rarely does anything go down in price these days.😊. Highly recommend not only the company but my agent as well. Thank you Ms. Sullivan for making me feel right at home."
